Job summary

RTX's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Systems Engineer II to serve as Scrum Master for an agile team focused on system performance analysis and verification for AN/TPY-2.

The onsite role requires a U.S. citizen with active clearance; you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach the team, and collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with radar data and performance analysis or related systems engineering areas.
Experience working in an Agile environment or on Agile development projects.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and protect the team from scope changes.
Coach engineers on Agile principles to improve collaboration and backlog quality.
Ensure clear communication among engineering, product, and stakeholders.
Coordinate blockers, burndown metrics, and cross-team dependencies.
Support system performance assessment, threat evaluation, and scenario development.
Perform TPM assessments, trade studies, and performance gap analyses.
Provide technical direction and work with internal and external customers.
