Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer and Product Owner for the AN/TPY-2 program, based onsite in Woburn, MA. You will lead an agile team focused on system performance analysis and verification, interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with 5+ years in radar data analysis or related systems engineering, plus proven team leadership and cost/schedule oversight. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in radar data and performance analysis and/or other areas of systems engineering.
Experience leading a technical effort.
Experience monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the team backlog, translating work into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog refinement, break down epics into estimable stories, define sprint objectives.
Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution for the AN/TPY-2 program segment.
Support milestone development, schedule updates, earned value tracking, and priority management.
Contribute to system performance assessment, threat evaluation, and scenario development for validation.
Perform requirements verification, TPM assessments, trade studies, and gap analyses.
Provide technical direction and resolve roadblocks with internal and external customers.
Support proposals for new business opportunities and monitor cost-to-complete status.
