RTX in Woburn, MA seeks a Scrum Master for an agile radar simulation tool development team. This onsite role requires DoD Secret clearance and centers on CX-EDT development, testing, and integration for missile defense radar systems.

You will verify designs, automate MATLAB workflows, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance high-fidelity radar simulations and system validation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in Radar Systems Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify radar system capabilities for CX-EDT.
• Review radar designs and implement updates in the simulation environment.
• Develop software to emulate radar system behavior.
• Analyze performance data with MATLAB and automate processes.
• Verify simulation performance against actual radar systems.
• Track backlog readiness and agile metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate simulations.
