Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and on-call production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems.
• Document problems and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Respond to user calls about hardware/software issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain system performance, reliability, and security compliance.
