Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Systems Engineer to administer finance systems and applications that support our mission critical business processes. You will be the primary process expert for your service area and will collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to support Salesforce end-to-end business processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Concur or Coupa experience with configuration expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay processes (Purchasing, AP, Expense).
• Expertise in SAP Concur Expense or Coupa Purchasing & Invoicing.
• Familiarity with Cognos reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Admin, configure, and optimize Coupa and Concur apps daily.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and platform health.
• Coordinate vendor releases, upgrades, and new capabilities.
• Lead AI/agentic workflow transformations and automation opportunities.
• Support data migrations, integrations with ERP and other apps.
