Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Principal Finance Systems Administrator to lead our Global Finance Operations. You will own the NetSuite and Coupa ecosystems, architecting scalable integrations and runbooks while ensuring SOX ITGC compliance.

You will partner with accounting, FP&A, procurement, and sales operations to translate business needs into technical solutions and maintain end-to-end data pipelines across banking portals and external systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical experience in financial system administration.
• Expertise with NetSuite and Coupa enterprise management.
• Experience with API, EDI, and SFTP integrations.
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGC and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and administer NetSuite and Coupa ecosystems as the primary owner.
• Design, build, monitor, and maintain automated financial integrations (NetSuite, Coupa, banking portals).
• Triage complex technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and ITGC/SOX guidelines.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, procurement, and sales ops to roadmap enhancements.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
