Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and optimize Finance systems supporting critical business processes.

You will serve as the primary expert for your service area, collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and other tech teams to ensure end-to-end Salesforce processes are efficient and reliable. You will resolve complex Workday configuration and integration issues, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to automating manual workflows.

Qualifications

4-8+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, Assets, Banking & Settlement).
Working knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, BIRT and EIBs.
Expertise in Workday Fundamentals and Financial Configurations.
Experience handling production support cases (L2/L3), incident & problem management in a SOX environment.
Certified Workday expert in at least one Financial module.
Experience in Accounting Center and Prism; familiarity with Workday Community and latest releases.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise application support for Workday Financials and related systems.
Resolve technical and functional issues, perform trend analysis, and identify enhancements to reduce support requests.
Collaborate with development teams to implement new and enhanced functionality.
Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
