Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and manage Finance systems and applications supporting critical business processes.

You will work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on SaaS applications administration (Coupa, Concur), data management, AI automation, and integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Concur or Coupa experience with configuration & maintenance.
• Understanding of Procure to Pay processes (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expense Management).
• In-depth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense or Coupa Purchasing & Invoicing modules.
• Knowledge of Cognos Reporting tool.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur Travel, Request is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of Coupa & Concur applications.
• Manage users, roles, profiles and security settings.
• Maintain data quality and platform health.
• Coordinate with developers and business stakeholders for major changes.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce issues.
• Analyze and resolve complex configuration, automation, data, security, and integration issues.
