Job summary

Trading Technologies is seeking a Principal Finance Systems Administrator to own the NetSuite and Coupa stack, architecting integrations with Concur, SFTP/EDI, and banking portals. You will drive upgrades, governance, and automation to support global finance operations.

You will partner with accounting, FP&A, procurement and sales ops to deliver scalable solutions, while ensuring SOX controls and ITGC compliance across the enterprise financial tech stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial system administration with NetSuite and Coupa focus.
• Proven track record with API/EDI/SFTP integrations of financial data.
• Experience syncing data across Salesforce and procurement tools.
• Foundational knowledge of SuiteScript, JavaScript, or SQL for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue recognition and multi-currency consolidation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and administer NetSuite and Coupa ecosystems, lead upgrades and configurations.
• Design and maintain integrations into Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, and banking portals (EDI/API/SFTP).
• Triage complex technical issues and data synchronization errors with IT and vendors.
• Ensure SOX ITGC and data privacy compliance across financial systems.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, procurement and sales ops to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Support automation scripts (SuiteScript, Python, JavaScript) and middleware (MuleSoft) to streamline month-end close.
• Author and maintain technical runbooks and SOPs for transparency.
