Qualifications

4-8+ years of hands-on expertise in Workday Financials modules (Accounts Receivable, Payables, Assets, GL, Banking & Settlement).
Knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, BIRT and EIBs.
Certified Workday expert in at-least one Financial module.
Experience handling production support cases (L2/L3), incident & problem management.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise application support for Workday Financials modules and related systems.
Resolve technical and functional issues, perform trend analysis, and identify enhancements.
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to implement new and enhanced functionality.
