Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Experience Systems Engineer to administer and manage Finance systems and apps, focusing on Coupa/Concur, data quality, and integrations across ERP and other enterprise apps. You will support releases, security settings, and vendor upgrades while aligning with business stakeholders.

The role requires strong problem solving, multi-tasking, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on automation and AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Concur or Coupa experience with expertise in configuration & maintenance.
• Understanding of Procure to Pay process areas (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expense Management).
• In-depth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense or Coupa Purchasing & Invoicing modules.
• Knowledge of Cognos Reporting tool.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Applications Administration (Coupa, Concur): own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation; manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings; maintain data quality and platform health; manage vendor releases and upgrades.
• AI Automation & Workflow: demonstrate experience transforming workflows with AI agents; identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency; monitor and troubleshoot automations.
• Data Management & Integration: support data migrations, imports/exports, deduplication; coordinate Salesforce integrations with ERP and other apps; understand APIs and integration concepts.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: provide Level 2/3 support; analyze and resolve complex configuration, automation, data, security, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Release & Change Management: manage sandbox environments, testing, UAT, deployments; coordinate with developers/QA/stakeholders; maintain documentation.
