Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a Primary Systems Analyst to manage and support all production aspects of Charles River IMS for multiple clients as part of SaaS Operations and SaaS strategy. You will provide application administration and production support for client environments.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or IT-focused Finance/Business, 3 years FinTech production experience, strong SQL/MS SQL Server skills, and scripting with

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a BA in Finance or Business with an IT concentration.
• 3 years of progressively responsible Fintech experience in production software environments.
• Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server; strong production operations skills.
• Familiarity with servers and networks; ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.
• Experience with Python/Perl and PowerShell scripting; strong communication skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, analytical mindset and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all production of Charles River IMS for multiple clients.
• Administer user accounts and privileges; manage change and patch life cycles.
• Configure interfaces and test software changes and operational processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand workflows and technologies.
• Create JIRAs for bugs and enhancements and coordinate with Engineering & PM teams.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Performance troubleshooting and coordination with internal teams.
• Work with vendors to deliver integrated, seamless services for clients.
