Job summary

State Street seeks a Primary Systems Analyst to manage and support all aspects of production of Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients as part of Charles River SaaS Operations and SaaS strategy. Working closely with clients, providing application administration and support for client production.

A BS in a technical field and 3 years of Fintech experience are required, with strong SQL/MS SQL Server skills and evidence of operating in a mission-critical production environment.

Qualifications

• A BS degree in a technical discipline or related IT concentration.
• 3 years of progressive Fintech experience.
• Experience managing and supporting mission-critical production software.
• Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to work in a mission-critical operations and production support environment.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with servers, networks, and 3rd party tools is preferred.

• SME for the Client’s Technical Environment
• User & Group administration/privileges Management
• Configuration and testing of software changes and operational processes.
• Develop and foster relations with Technical and Business teams to understand workflows.
• Interface/integration configuration and support
• Patch Life Cycle Management
• Change Life Cycle Management
• Assistance in resolving escalated problems.
• Migration of changes to production environments
• Performance troubleshooting with internal teams
• Create JIRAs for bugs and enhancements and escalate to Engineering
• Periodic Batch Review and Optimization
• Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery assistance
• Work with vendors to deliver integrated services
• Participate in ongoing refinement and process improvement
• Investigate and implement 3rd party tools to automate delivery
