Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Primary Systems Analyst to manage and support Charles River IMS production environments as part of SaaS Operations. You will coordinate with clients, perform administration, and ensure high availability of critical financial software.

The role requires a BS degree in a technical field or IT-focused business degree, plus 3 years fintech experience. Strong SQL Server skills and scripting ability are essential for ongoing automation and optimization.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline or BA in Finance/Business with IT concentration.
• 3 years of progressively responsible fintech experience.
• Experience managing and supporting mission critical production software applications.
• Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with servers and networks is preferred.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• SME for the Client’s Technical Environment and user/group administration.
• Configuration and testing of software changes and operational processes.
• Interface/integration configuration and support; patch and change life cycle management.
• Migration of changes to production environments and disaster recovery planning.
• Create JIRAs for bugs/enhancements and coordinate with Engineering and Product Management.
• Support 24x7 production environments and performance troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver integrated services for clients.
• Partake in process improvement for SaaS operations and tool adoption.
