Job summary

State Street is seeking a Systems Analyst to manage and support Charles River IMS production for multiple clients as part of SaaS Operations. You will provide application administration, respond to technical requests, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role emphasizes strong SQL skills, knowledge of relational databases, and understanding of the trading lifecycle, with limited travel as needed and opportunities to work on strategic SAAS

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more structured programming languages and development tools.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience and the fundamentals of relational database theory.
• Understanding of the Trading Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrate history of solving complex technical problems and keen eye for details.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance via Teams, Email. There may be minimal travel involved.
• Diagnose software issues and recommend the appropriate solution.
• Analyze problems, answer questions, and provide training as needed.
• Work closely with engineering/QA teams.
• Identify and test workarounds for deficiencies in the software.
• Research issues with third party software.
• Follow standard procedures when responding to customer requests or inquiries.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement and improvement of support processes and methods.
• Handle sensitive issue related situations that affect perception of CRD resolutions.
• Keep detailed log of all customer interactions and prepare resolution reports.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Put effort into learning new skills and technologies.
