Job summary

State Street is seeking a technically proficient professional to manage production Charles River IMS environments for multiple clients. You will oversee remote administration, system performance, and patching while ensuring high-quality client service and reliability.

Responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, and adverse event resolution, plus involvement in disaster recovery planning and client transitions to production operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Investment Management or Trading preferred.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field; 0–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients.
• Provide expert remote management, administration and support.
• Perform database/configuration tasks, performance tuning, and patches/upgrades.
• Assist with disaster recovery/business continuity and problem resolution.
