Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Primary Systems Analyst to manage and support Charles River IMS environments for multiple clients. You will perform remote administration, user management, and configuration changes while ensuring system availability and performance.

The role requires collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver integrated services, with periodic out-of-hours work and occasional travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services investment management or trading is highly preferable.
• Proven ability to partner with internal departments to deliver superior customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions.
• Manage user privileges and parameter configurations; monitor system availability and performance.
• Perform patches, upgrades, and problem resolution; ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to transition new clients to production operations; participate in service improvements.
