Job summary

State Street is seeking a Primary Systems Analyst for Charles River Development to manage and support Charles River IMS production environments for multiple clients. The role emphasizes remote administration, performance tuning, and ongoing system upgrades.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth production operation, manage access control, and participate in disaster recovery planning. 3+ years of experience and a technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions.
• User administration and privileges configuration; parameter changes.
• Ensure system availability and perform application and database performance tuning.
• Monitor daily operational processing and apply patches and version upgrades.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and business continuity; investigate and resolve issues.
