Job summary

Premera is seeking a Systems Analyst III to analyze business functions and design solutions within an Agile team. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and IT to implement new systems, refine requirements, and improve automation to reduce manual work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems analysis, plus SQL data analysis experience, and knowledge of healthcare industry processes. This is a telecommuter position with strong cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of business systems analysis experience in a cross‑functional environment.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe) and SQL data analysis.
• Healthcare/health insurance domain knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Confluence, and Product Plan.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; maintain relationships with stakeholders; liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and maintenance.
• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for complex initiatives; define scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery considerations.
• Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules; support testing activities and UAT.
