Job summary

Premera is seeking an Information Analyst IV to tackle the organization’s most challenging analytical work—partnering with leaders across the company, building insightful dashboards, strengthening data quality, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.

In this visible role, you’ll lead projects, guide and develop analysts, and manage a small team, influencing analytics strategy and delivering across clinical, financial, regulatory, and employee data programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, Health Care Administration, or four (4) years’ work experience
• Eight (8) years of experience in data analytics and/or reporting role
• Experience mentoring and leading analysts and guiding quality reviews
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and relational/cloud data platforms; experience with Python or other analytical programming languages, ETL tools, and automation
• Experience translating complex business needs into analytical requirements and actionable solutions

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise business partners on complex topics to determine needs and report requirements
• Lead data pipeline design, development, and cross-department analytics
• Develop dashboards to communicate key data metrics and trends
• Mentor analysts and oversee peer reviews
• Manage a small team and lead projects across departments
