Job summary

Premera is seeking a Systems Analyst II to analyze business functions and propose automation-driven solutions. This telecommuter role supports Agile teams, collaborates with IT and business partners, and focuses on data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Two (2) years of business systems analysis experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Represent the business within an Agile delivery team; develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Document and refine requirements as epics, features, user stories, and business rules.
Apply cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solutions and support decisions.
Develop knowledge of Premera systems and processes within the domain.
Analyze current and future state processes to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
Use data sources to validate requirements, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
Support low-code and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
Assist with test scenarios and UAT; support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
