Premera is seeking an AI Engineer IV to lead, design, and deploy advanced AI/ML systems. This remote role focuses on conceiving scalable architectures, prototyping AI products, and mentoring engineers while aligning with governance and data quality standards.

You will guide teams, develop robust data pipelines, and stay ahead with cutting-edge AI research and practices in a collaborative, Agile-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or 2+ years in IT/analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of AI/ML systems development, deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLX, JAX, or other modern DL frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI/ML solutions from conception to production.
• Lead prototyping of AI products and MVPs for validation.
• Design cloud architecture for large AI systems and scalable data pipelines.
• Create low-latency APIs/services for AI models and deployment.
• Monitor AI systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Guide junior engineers and promote best practices in AI.
