Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Represent the business in an Agile delivery team and liaise with IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
- Lead requirements elicitation and define scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery considerations.
- Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules.
- Apply cost-benefit, workflow, data analysis, and solution evaluation to support decisions.
- Develop low-code automation opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Support testing efforts across the SDLC, including test planning and UAT.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
