Recruit22 LLC is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire a Senior Healthcare Business Systems Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology, data, workflows, automation, and responsible AI. The role collaborates across business and technology teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will lead discovery, document current and future state processes, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and translate business priorities into tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• Seven+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related discipline.
• At least five years gathering requirements and supporting design, testing, and adoption.
• Strong elicitation, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Experience with Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with AI, analytics, automation, or healthcare compliance preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture objectives, workflows, and system needs.
• Lead discovery through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Document current/future state processes and requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in processes and systems.
• Translate priorities into tech, data, automation, and AI use cases with clear success measures.
• Support solution design, align business needs with capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, operations, security, privacy, and vendors.
• Develop test strategies and coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and traceability.
• Assist with implementation planning, training, communications, and post-launch stabilization.
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Facilitate sessions, document decisions, and maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor outcomes and recommend corrective actions or enhancements.
