• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate to document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and use cases.
• Apply cost‑benefit analysis to evaluate solution options and support decisions.
• Support testing, including UAT, and back‑log management.
