Job summary

Premera seeks a Systems Analyst III to analyze business functions, collaborate with IT, and design solutions in a telecommuter capacity. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis using SQL, and contributing to automation efforts.

You will mentor junior analysts and support testing, requirements documentation, and solution design across the SDLC in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems or related field.
• Five (5) years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery practices.
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance processes is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team and liaise with IT for new system implementations and improvements.
• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis across complex initiatives and define scope, dependencies, and risks.
