Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify insights.
• Develop automated reporting to improve visibility of workforce performance.
• Mentor analysts and maintain documentation of standards and definitions.
• Lead analytical projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
