Premera Blue Cross seeks an Information Analyst IV to turn complex data into decisions, building dashboards and guiding data quality across clinical, financial, regulatory, and people data domains. You’ll partner with leaders, lead projects, and mentor a small team to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

This senior role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, strategic reporting, and ongoing development of analytics capabilities using SQL, Python, and BI tools across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years’ work experience required.
• Eight years of data analytics and/or reporting experience required.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and data platforms; Python or similar languages.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI; mentoring and leading analysts.

Responsibilities

• Extract data, produce reports, and ensure data quality for multiple domains.
• Lead complex analytical work and translate business needs into solutions.
• Develop dashboards to communicate key metrics and trends.
• Guide and develop analysts; manage a small team (1-3 members).
• Partner with business leaders and oversee cross-department analytics projects.
