Job summary

Meriplex seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Technical Assistance Center in Houston. You will provide advanced workstation, application, and network support to ensure reliable business operations.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, and ITIL processes, communicating clearly with end users and internal IT teams. Certifications such as A+/Network+/Server+ and VMware are preferred.

Qualifications

• MSP support desk experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for L1 analysts and incident triage.
• Deliver advanced workstation and application support.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues.
• Administer AD, Azure, and identity services.
• Follow SOPs to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide end-user training and scripted support.
• Document work in ticketing systems.
• Support ITIL incident management and security basics.
