Job summary

Meriplex Communications LTD seeks a Systems Administrator to join the Technical Assistance Center in Charlotte. You will handle Level 2 end-user issues, deliver expert guidance, and follow SOPs to resolve requests, with focus on AD/Office 365, VMware, SAN, and firewall tasks.

Responsibilities include administering AD and GPOs, managing Exchange servers, VPN access, Azure subscriptions, and backup solutions, while maintaining superior customer service and clear communication with internal IT

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN access and Azure subscriptions.
• VMware and SAN storage administration experience.
• Knowledge of firewall administration and MFA concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Active Directory and Office365 user account support.
• Deliver network and end-user VPN access support.
• Provide advanced level Active Directory GPO support.
• Offer second level VMware support.
• Administer server maintenance, security groups, and SAN connectivity.
• Perform basic firewall administration.
• Supply multifaceted authentication (MFA) support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and create Azure subscriptions.
• Administer spam solution products.
• Support MS Exchange servers.
• Manage wireless environment.
• Manage backup and replication solutions and storage devices.
• Perform technical equipment installations at customer sites.
