Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a major Federal agency. The role emphasizes Relativity ARM workflows, system design, documentation, and team leadership in a litigation-support environment.

The candidate will collaborate with COR and government attorneys, supervise staff, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables while maintaining a strong security posture and training materials for users.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in relevant systems; other environments may vary.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, including office automation networks and server-based databases.
• Experience in a litigation support environment; excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and translate attorneys' needs into a system solution.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or information management/technology preferred.
• Must obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and develop workflows to archive/delete per policy.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs and approaches.
• Design systems to meet defined requirements and lead testing and validation activities.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and user training materials.
• Direct and supervise staff on task orders, ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules and progress reports for task orders.
