Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Administrator in Annapolis Junction, MD to support installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems on a high-security program. This role requires TS/SCI with Poly, DoD 8570 IAT Level I, and extensive UNIX/Windows administration, with hands-on experience using Ansible and AWS Terraform.

You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and coordinate with agency management and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.
• Experience with DevOps(Ansible) and AWS (Terraform) is required.
• Ten (10) years' SA experience in similar scope is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5 years additional SA experience may substitute for degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem resolution.
• Manage day-to-day operations of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and load software.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and coordinate status updates to management.
