GRVTY is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to deliver simple, scalable cloud solutions for our clients. Join a team focused on automation, security, and reliability in a fast-paced environment in St. Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.

You will own deployments, monitor systems, and drive improvements across on-prem and cloud infrastructure, with opportunities to work in SAFe and Scrum teams and provide on-call support.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
• 8+ years of relevant DevOps/engineering experience; degree offset allowed.
• Experience with container platforms: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Solid understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficient with GitLab or similar CI tools.
• Knowledge of microservice design patterns and best practices.
• Scripting in Python, Bash and Shell for automation.
• Networking fundamentals and common infra components.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management.
• Experience deploying on-prem infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize service deployments.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication services.
• Monitor systems and enforce security practices across environments.
• Architect and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Improve build and deployment processes with CI/CD tools.
• Manage logs and security incidents across environments.
• Support SAFe and Scrum teams; participate in ceremonies.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
