Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Database Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD with active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. You will design, develop, implement, and optimize database systems, translating complex requirements into scalable schemas and data workflows.

You will work on front-end lifecycle activities from requirements through IOC and support ongoing improvements. Ideal candidates bring Oracle Database installation/patching experience, Linux expertise, and a track record of delivering robust database

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Ten years of DBE experience preferred; a bachelor’s degree may be substituted with five years of DBE experience.
• Experience with Oracle Database installation, patching, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Data Guard.

Responsibilities

• Lead database design and development for complex systems.
• Translate requirements into database schemas and queries for data manipulation.
• Develop and optimize database structures to fit system architecture and performance needs.
