Job summary

GRVTY, based at Fort Meade, MD, seeks a System Engineer 3 to design, implement, and maintain DevOps resources for multiple product teams. The role focuses on DoDAF-aligned architectures, requirement management, and end-to-end system integration across hardware and software.

You will contribute to system engineering plans, interface control documents, and verification strategies while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of complex DoD-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 20 years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop system engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure DoDAF/SOA compatibility.
• Allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from meetings, reviews, and test reviews.
• Develop system concepts, architectures, and design solutions.
• Define methods to verify requirements in a written plan.
• Provide technical direction for development, interfacing, integration, and testing.
