Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, based in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Sr. System Administrator (Sr. Principal Analyst Infrastructure Workplace Services) to design, implement and maintain secure IT environments across classified programs.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to define computing requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain DoD 8140/8570 certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering Windows and RHEL servers.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and security hardening.
• Scripting experience and knowledge of patching/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration in a Windows and RHEL environment.
• Understand DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
• Work with Cybersecurity to meet security requirements.
• Document and train on advanced IT processes.
• Obtain DoD 8140 / 8570 certifications (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Support 24x7 operations; may exceed standard hours.
• Start date after Interim clearance.
