Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a senior IT infrastructure engineer to manage Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations onsite. This role requires a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, with travel up to 10%.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage and Engineering teams, drive change, document processes, and participate in Change Management.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience administering Windows and RHEL environments
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure for reliable IT operations
• Act as a senior technical resource to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage, and Tools teams to resolve complex issues
• Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain security compliance and provide guidance on IT processes
• Lead technical meetings with internal teams and program stakeholders
