Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide advanced desktop, server, and network support across client environments. This role serves as the escalation point for technicians and may operate from the service desk or in the field.

Responsibilities include maintaining servers, network devices, and related systems, plus onsite support for Managed Services clients and documenting configurations. Education includes an Associate degree or equivalent IT experience; Network+ or AZ-104

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or 2 years IT experience preferred.
• Network+ Certification or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support requests.
• Provide support and maintenance of servers, network devices, and associated hardware and software systems for clients.
• Acts as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians.
• Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
