Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to support desktop, server, and network infrastructure, serving as the first escalation point for technicians and providing on-site support for Managed Services clients. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, with opportunities to contribute to security, scalability, and reliability across regulated industries.

• Education/Certification: Associate degree in computer science or similar field, OR 2 years of IT experience preferred.
• Certifications: Network+ or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 (or equivalent)
• Experience/skills: Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
• Experience/requirements: Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support requests.
• Provide support and maintenance of servers, network devices, and related hardware and software for clients.
• Acts as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians.
• Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.
• Acts as a secondary Client Relationship Manager; evaluate system performance and propose improvements.
• Provide intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Job Summary

The Systems Administrator (SA) is responsible for providing advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure. The SA is also responsible for established configuration, and maintenance of a variety of systems, environments, clients, and end-users. The SA serves as the first escalation point for Support Technicians to resolve complex issues and may execute their responsibilities from the service desk or the field.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
