Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for end-user issues, including PC, printer, and Windows applications. You will be the first point of contact via email or client portal, potentially from the service desk or in the field.

Qualifications

• A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
