Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for single end-user issues, including PCs, printers, and Windows applications. You will be the first contact for client IT assistance via email or client portal, and may work from the service desk or in the field.

The role requires basic troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with ticketing systems. A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
