Job summary

Integris is hiring a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for single-user PC, printer, and Windows application issues. You’ll be the first point of contact via email or client portal, working from the service desk or in the field to resolve inquiries.

The role requires A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent experience, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in service support. Integris offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of service-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system.
• Support client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
