Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to support desktop, server, and network infrastructure, serving as the first escalation point for technicians and providing on-site support for Managed Services clients. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, with opportunities to contribute to security, scalability, and reliability across regulated industries.

The candidate should have an Associate degree in computer science or equivalent, or 2+ years IT experience, plus Network+ or

Qualifications

Education/Certification: Associate degree in computer science or similar field, OR 2 years of IT experience preferred.
Certifications: Network+ or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 (or equivalent)
Experience/skills: Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
Experience/requirements: Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support requests.
Provide support and maintenance of servers, network devices, and related hardware and software for clients.
Acts as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians.
Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.
Acts as a secondary Client Relationship Manager; evaluate system performance and propose improvements.
Provide intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
