Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end users, covering PC, printer, and Windows applications. You will be the first point of contact via email or client portal, handling inquiries from the service desk or field.

The role requires onsite work at least two days per week and participation in queue support. The candidate should have A+/O365 Fundamentals or equivalent, a high school credential, and ideally 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on the job experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of service-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for single-user environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
• Shift 8-5, must be onsite at least two days a week and handle queue the other days.
