Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user issues, including PCs, printers, and Windows applications. You'll be the first contact via email or client portal, working from service desk or on-site.

The role emphasizes basic troubleshooting, accurate ticket documentation, and collaboration with Professional Services for client deployments. A+ or O365 fundamentals and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of service-related experience; basic infrastructure and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and client portal.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for simple, single-user issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Assist Professional Services with client onsite deployments as needed.
• Follow established client support documentation.
