Integris in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking a Systems Administrator (SA) to provide advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure. The SA serves as the first escalation point for Support Technicians to resolve complex issues and provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and relevant certifications. This role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or 2 years of IT experience preferred.
• Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Valid driver's license needed.

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for inbound phone and chat support requests.
• Provide support and maintenance for servers and network devices.
• Act as the first line of escalation for Support Technicians.
• Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
• Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
