Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Feels comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press.
• A natural love for market research and benchmarking and staying informed on the latest technology and trends in sustainability.
• Passionate about global sustainability and making a long-term impact in our climate.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments, ensuring clear tracking and accountability.
• Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
• Support and evolve vendor compliance programs, including data collection and continuous improvement.
• Own the development of quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Support implementation and management of systems to track environmental and social compliance data.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to support sustainability storytelling, including updates to the sustainability website.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Retail teams to embed sustainability practices across spaces.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership on progress and initiatives.
• Represent Everlane in industry conversations, conferences, and working groups as needed.
• Stay informed on sustainability trends, innovations, and regulatory changes.
