Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of the company’s sustainability strategy and drive cross-functional programs across materials, manufacturing, and reporting. You will partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to embed sustainability into product creation and brand storytelling.

The role focuses on delivering against commitments like Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon reduction, while expanding future initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility.
Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives.
Comfort speaking in large groups and with the press.
Passionate about global sustainability and climate impact.

Responsibilities

Own the sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste and circularity.
Drive progress against commitments like Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon reduction.
Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with Raw Materials and Product Development to use lower-impact materials.
Support and evolve vendor compliance programs and data tracking.
Lead quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
Partner with Marketing to support sustainability storytelling.
Represent Everlane in industry conversations and events.
