Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of climate, water, waste, and circularity initiatives across product, sourcing, and operations. This role balances hands-on program ownership with cross‑functional influence to embed sustainability into product creation and vendor management.

Reporting to the VP of Product Development and Sourcing, you will translate commitments like Renew and Organic Cotton into actionable programs, track progress, and communicate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product environments.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon reductions).
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to use lower-impact materials and processes.
• Work with factories and vendors to align with Everlane’s standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Track environmental and social compliance data across systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support sustainability storytelling.
