Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead and evolve our global sustainability strategy. You will drive programs across climate, water, waste, and circularity, partnering with Raw Materials, Product Development, Marketing, and external partners to embed sustainable practices into product creation and communications.

You will own reporting, track progress against commitments, and represent Everlane in industry conversations while staying ahead of trends and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related experience.
• Experience delivering sustainability programs in supply chain, materials, or product teams.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management with ability to drive multiple initiatives.
• Comfort speaking to large groups and the press.
• Proactive market research and trend benchmarking.
• Passionate about global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Track progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials.
• Work with factories, mills, and vendors to align with standards.
• Lead quarterly and annual sustainability reporting for accuracy and transparency.
• Stay informed on trends and regulatory changes to bring insights to the business.
